Organizational eligibility

Secure Lock is provided to external organizations for company-owned or dedicated Android devices. A person acting for an organization confirms that they are authorized to accept these terms for that organization.

Device assignment and employee notice

• The organization confirms its authority to manage every enrolled device.
• Each device must be assigned to an employee or legitimate operational role before enrollment.
• The organization must give the assigned user clear notice of management controls and obtain any authorization required by applicable law.

Authorized administration

Only approved administrators may create enrollments, apply policies, manage applications, view protected device information, or initiate device lifecycle actions. Organizations are responsible for account activity and must protect credentials against unauthorized use.

Security and lifecycle actions

Lock, lost-device, location, contact-backup, wipe, and de-provision actions may be used only for a lost or stolen device, a security incident, organization policy, maintenance, or an assigned-user request. The initiating administrator must record the applicable reason when the service requires it.

Acceptable use

Organizations must not bypass access controls, manage devices without authority, conceal management from assigned users, interfere with service infrastructure, or use the service in violation of law. Secure Lock may suspend access when misuse, security risk, or unlawful activity is detected.

Data, service availability, and legal terms

Organizations remain responsible for the information they provide and authorize Secure Lock to process it only as needed to provide and protect the service.

The service is provided as available. These terms are governed by applicable law in India, and disputes will be handled by a competent jurisdiction in India.
